The Fit and Fierce program takes group workouts to a new level and is guaranteed to be 100% boredom free!
The small group classes incorporate a combination of boxing, kick boxing and circuits to strengthen and tone your entire body and reduce body fat, combined with self-defence our Fit and Fierce program is the perfect combination to get both Fit and Fierce!
We pride ourselves on teaching correct technique for each movement, no prior experience is needed as this program suits all levels.
We are a family club and we all support each other so you can rest assured you will love your group too!
Classes are on Mondays and Fridays at 9.15am, participants also get the boxing classes for free each Saturday morning at 8am
